LGBT adoption is the adoption of children by lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) persons. This may be in the form of a joint adoption by a same-sex couple, adoption by one partner of a same-sex couple of the other's biological child (step-child adoption) and adoption by a single LGBT person. Joint adoption by same-sex couples is legal in 25 countries. Opponents of LGBT adoption question whether same-sex couples have the ability to be adequate parents while other opponents question whether natural law implies that children of adoption possess a natural right to be raised by heterosexual parents. Since constitutions and statutes usually fail to address the adoption rights of LGBT persons, judicial decisions often determine whether they can serve as parents either individually or as couples.

Children should have a mother figure and a father figure with similar biological wiring as their own. Not every person can fulfill that role due to biological wiring reasons.
For example children biologically wired with antisocial tendencies (psychopathy) require at least one parent with the same biological wiring in order to understand how to behave in human societies. If both of the parents who adopted the child have empathy they will not be able to communicate with the child effectively, resulting in catastrophic side-effects.
Said father and mother figures do not have to be one of the parents, just an additional "aunt" or "uncle" can be the third wheel.

Yes, but straight couples (except for broken households) should be prefered, and gay couples should pass the same background checks as straight couples

No, Gay Couples should not be able to adopt children or even have rights. I belive a mother and a father family structure is best for the child.
@97V3FDJ2yrs2Y
Yes, but straight couples should be preffered to gay couples, except if the straight couple is broken
@95JK3GV2yrs2Y
Yes they should have the same rights, but they should have more background checks and more obligations! A child receives different things from the mother and different from the father! Two men do not constitute a mother and a father!

They have the right but only if there’s no heathy straight couple to adopt a child. Raising a child is much more than just loving it and giving it food, they need to be shaped into men and women, two men or two women can’t do that

No, adoption should be cancelled
